The continuation of the Tenth Regular Session of the National Assembly

The Tenth Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska has been continued this morning with the Agenda item, the Proposal of the Decision on the adoption of the Declaration about the protection of rights of the Serbian Orthodox Church on free professing of faith and the right on its property in Montenegro- by urgent procedure (The Proposal of the deputy clubs SNSD, DNS, DEMOS, NDP, US, SPS, SP).

In the Proposal of the Declaration the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska notes that the adoption of the arguable Law on the freedom of confession or belief and the law status of religious communities, the status of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro has been led to an unequal position regarding other religious communities.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska calls the authorities in Montenegro to stop the forcefully unlawful extortion of churches, monasteries and the property of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro.
