The Third Special Session finished, The Budget for 2019 and the Program of Economic reforms for the period 2019-2021 were enacted

National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska finished the Third Special Session on Sunday at early morning hours. The Budget for 2019 in the amount of 3,256 billion BAM and the Program of Economic Reforms for the period 2019-2021 were enacted by urgent procedure, accepting amendments.

MPs also enacted The Law on the Budget realization for 2019, by urgent procedure, as well as the Law on children’s protection, by urgent procedure.

MPs enacted the second Revised Budget for 2019, under urgent procedure, as well as the Law amending the Law on Budget realization for 2019, by urgent procedure.

The National Assembly also enacted the Law on long –term borrowing for 2019 as well as the Decision on short-term borrowing by the emission of safety vault for 2019.
