President Stevandić met with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Nenad Stevandić, met today with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jana K. Lolić Šindelková. They discussed the current political situation in the Republic of Srpska and BiH, as well as the process of European integration.

During the meeting, President Stevandić emphasized that the Republic of Srpska is a cooperative partner and a political entity that must be talked with, rather than talked about. He pointed out that the European Union needs to adopt a more rational and balanced approach toward the nations and entities within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

President Stevandić highlighted that the utmost priority in Bosnia and Herzegovina is to maintain peace and stability, which are secured through accelerated economic development. He stated that a clear, concrete EU development agenda is needed, focusing on economic growth, infrastructure projects, and sustainable development.

He further emphasized that the Republic of Srpska possesses political will and significant capacities—particularly in the energy and food sectors—which can serve as vital components of that process.
