President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic has met today in Banja Luka Mr. Stefan Donatti, Higher Representative of the Chief of the OSCE Mission to B&H in the Banja Luka Office.

President Radojicic familiarised his interlocutor about the work of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, and current political and economic happenings in B&H and the Republic of Srpska. 

It was commonly stated that in the past period there existed a good communication and a co-operation between the institutions of rule in the Republic of Srpska and the OSCE Mission in B&H. ...>>>

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic has talked today in Banja Luka with His Excellency, Mr. Charles English, Ambassador of the U.S.A. to B&H. Main topics of the conversation were the conditions and goals for a transformation of the Office of the High Representative. When the issue of the state property is about, Ambassador English warned that there exists a need to refrain from any unilateral actions, what also includes adoption of an entity law, while President Radojicic conveyed to Ambassador English already familiar standpoints of the Republic of Srpska on means of allocation of the state property. President Radojicic gives support to the idea that the issue of the military property and the perspective and non-perspective locations be solved integrally, at the same times, by means of an agreement among the two entity governments and the Council of Ministers. ...>>>

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic has talked today to the Ambassador of Australia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, His Excellency Mr. Michael Potts. Ambassador Potts, in his inaugural visit, expressed his interest in the current political and economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska. President Radojicic informed the Ambassador about the four year long work of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, constitutional arrangement, and the most important political issues, putting emphasis on the importance of maintaining the Dayton Peace Agreement. ...>>>

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic has talked in New York, in separate meetings, with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, His Excellency, Mr. Vitaly Churkin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations, His Excellency, Mr. Li Baodong, and the Ambassador in the Mission of the United States of America to the United Nations Ms. Brooke Anderson. At all meetings the topic was related to the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, taking into account that the Security Council of the UN considers reports on situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina every six months. President Radojicic informed his interlocutors about the standpoints of the Republic of Srpska as regards current issues in the country, and especially international presence and the role of the High Representative. President Radojicic asserted that there is a need to transform the OHR soon after the October elections in B&H, so the new elected domestic bodies in full capacity could take over initiative and obligations for the benefit of the country. ...>>>

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic continues to take part at the international conference „Jerusalem 2010“, that is being held in Jerusalem, Israel. Today, President Radojicic has also met Mr. Reuven Rivlin, Speaker of the Knesset, Parliament of Israel. President Radojicic conveyed the greetings from the National Assembly and the Republic of Srpska to the Parliament of Israel and to Speaker Rivlin. President Radojicic emphasised a traditional friendship that exists between the Serbian and Jewish peoples, taking note of the fact that both peoples share a rich and harsh history, and face complex issues in the present time. He emphasised his hope in a development of strong economic, cultural, political and other relations between Israel and the Republic of Srpska.
