President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic expresses his dissatisfaction with the decision of the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina to cancel the conclusions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska , dated 14 May, 2009. The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska is an expression of a democratic will of the citizens shown in free elections, and the highest representative, legislative and control body in the Republic of Srpska. In the heart of a parliamentary democracy lies expressing of the right to free opinion, and thus the National Assembly has the right to its own political opinion, opinion of the parliamentary parties and deputies elected directly by the citizens of the Republic of Srpska. President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic met today His Excellency Futao Motai, Ambassador of Japan to B&H. During the talk the parties exchanged opinion about the current economic situation in B&H and the Republic of Srpska, tomorrow's holding of a First Regional Economic Forum in Banja Luka, and possibilities of improving economic co-operation between Japan and the RS.
Ambassador of Japan familiarised the President of the Assembly with possibilities of realisation of the loan of the Japanese Government for reconstruction of the thermo-electric power plant Ugljevik.

The parties in talk, before all, talked about issues concerning obtaining of the visa free regime with the EU, then about five plus two conditions for closure of the OHR, and about the conclusions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska as regards a transfer of competence, dated 14 May, 2009

President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Mr. Igor Radojicic has met today the Ambassador of the Great Britain to B&H, Mr. Michael Tatham. A special attention during the talk has been given to fulfilling of the ''5+2'' conditions for the closing down of the OHR. The parties have jointly welcomed progress in fulfilling of the conditions, and of special importance is stressed the adoption of the Amendment for the Brcko District.
It has been emphasised that there is a need to speed up processes leading towards further European integrations, and that it is necessary to work further on reaching wide consensus and agreement concerning potential constitutional changes in B&H.
