The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Nedeljko Čubrilović, stated, on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the crimes against JNA soldiers in Tuzla, that this cruel and organized attack on a column of innocent soldiers in retreat unequivocally proves the political work of the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina. prosecutes those responsible for this, but also numerous other crimes against Serbs in the past war.

"The Serbian people and institutions and bodies of the Republic of Srpska will never give up determining responsibility for this planned crime against JNA young men who died in the withdrawal from Tuzla, with a previously reached agreement on a peaceful exit from the city," said Čubrilović.

He pointed out that 59 innocent soldiers were brutally killed and wounded in front of the eyes of the whole world, but that political Sarajevo, under the control of the BiH judiciary, refused to prosecute criminals despite numerous material evidence, videos and testimonies.

"For the Bosniak forces, the 'sin' of these young men was that they served the JNA and that they returned home peacefully on that fateful day. It is inadmissible for the guilty to be acquitted of responsibility for these atrocities. It is a complete collapse of the Prosecutor's Office and the Court of BiH, but they are obviously not interested in the painful wounds on the hearts of the mothers and relatives of the killed young men, "pointed out Čubrilović.

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska made a decision to form a parliamentary delegation that will attend the commemoration of the suffering of JNA members in Tuzla on Friday, May 15, 2020, in Bijeljina, and the delegation consists of MPs Nedeljko Ćorić, Tomica Stojanović and Milan Dakić.
