Accepted the request for dismissal of the attorney general of the Republic of Srpska and deputy attorney general in Banja Luka

Commission for selection and appointment at its meeting held today, February 15, 2017, with six votes "for" and two abstentions submitted to the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska the proposal for Danijela Novaković to be dismissed from the function of attorney general of the Republic of Srpska, on personal request.

Commission for selection and appointment unanimously submitted to National Assembly the proposal for Mirko Stojčinović to be dismissed from the function of deputy attorney general in Banja Luka, on personal request.

The session was attended by Radovan Vuković, president of the Commission and members of the Commission Radovan Višković,Vesna Jungić, Davor Šešić, Slavko Dunjić, Nedeljko Milaković, Miroslav Brčkalo and Duško Ivić. Deputy chairman of the Commission Vukota Govedarica was justifiably absent.
