Cubrilovic: The army defended the people and saved the Republic of Srpska

The president of the National Assembly Republic of Srpska Nedeljko Cubrilovic, on behalf of the National Assembly and on his own behalf, congratulated the Day of the Army of the Republic of Srpska and the Third Infantry Regiment (Republic of Srpska), to the commander of the Third Infantry Regiment of the BiH Armed Forces, brigadier Milorad Krajsumovic, all members of the regiment, officers and militaries.

“By cherishing the tradition, Serbian people keep the heritage of the brave Serbian army and the memory of 23 000 heroes died, who gave their lives for freedom and existence of the Republic of Srpska”, stated president Cubrilovic in the congratulatory message.

Cubrilovic stressed that the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska has brought a historic decision on creating a defence Army of the Republic of Srpska, which defended its territory and the right for a life decent of a man,  in accordance with the Constitution.

“On the occasion of 30 years from the formation of the Army of the Republic of Srpska, you should be proud, because you keep the tradition of the heroic army and the memory of our heroes who decidedly defended its people from menacing disappearance and enabled our life in the free Republic of Srpska”, reads the congratulatory message from the President Cubrilovic.
