At its Thirteenth Regular Session, the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska adopted the National Assembly Work Program for 2025, as well as several laws, draft laws, and reports

The following laws were adopted: Law Amending the Law on Write-off of Receivables – by urgent procedure, Law amending the Law on the Rights of Veterans, Military Invalids and Families of Fallen Veterans of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Srpska – by urgent procedure, Law on Pardon, Law amending the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska, Law amending the Law on Judicial Police of the Republic of Srpska and Law amending the Law on Communal Police.

The National Assembly adopted the following draft laws: Draft Law on Social Card, with the adopted Conclusion on sending this draft law to expert discussion, which will be implemented within 60 days, Draft Law on Innovation Activity of the Republic of Srpska, Draft Law on Precious Metal Items in the Republic of Srpska and Draft Law amending the Law on Metrology in the Republic of Srpska.

The Regulatory Commission for Energy of the Republic of Srpska's budget for 2025, the Report on the Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska for 2024, and the Annual Report on the Work of the Ombudsman for Children for 2024 were also adopted.

The Decision on the development of the Zoning Plan for the Special Purpose Area "Guber" was also adopted in an abbreviated procedure.

The Report of the Main Public Sector Audit Service of the Republic of  Srpska on the conducted financial audit of the Public Institution National Park "Sutjeska" Tjentiste for the period 1. 1 - 31. 12. 2023 was considered.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska elected members of the Commission for the Election of the Auditor General and Deputy Auditor General of the Republic of Srpska. Natasa Kulasinac was elected as the President of this Commission, and the following members: Darko Banjac, Ognjen Kulic, Mirjana Orasanin and Bojan Kresojevic.

The National Assembly, at the proposal of the Commission for Election and Appointment, elected new members of the parliamentary working bodies.
