The National Assembly adopted the Law on Immovable Property Used for the Functioning of Public Authorities - by emergency procedure, Šeranić and Bukejlović were elected as Vice-Presidents of the Government of the Republic of Srpska
The Law on Immovable Property Used for the Functioning of Public Authority- on the immovable property which serves as a means of exercising and enforcing public authority, and which is used by entities exercising that authority since the signing of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina is regulated under an urgent procedure. and it is registered in the public records on immovable property, the management, and maintenance of which is the responsibility of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs as the property of those subjects.
The reasons for adopting the Law on Special Republic Taxes - under an urgent procedure, as the adoption of the Law on Special Republic Taxes - under an urgent procedure, it was stated in the explanation, are contained in the need to relieve economic entities affected by the pandemic, which would result in a faster recovery of economic activity in the Republic of Srpska. It was pointed out that this law abolishes the obligation to pay a special republican tax, which is payable by all business entities in the Republic of Srpska.
Amendments to the Law on the Fund and Financing of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Srpska - the provisions of the law relating to the activity of the Fund in the sense of prescribing the obligation to provide financial services and perform other financial activities related to the encouragement and financing of environmental protection, energy efficiency, and renewable energy sources, as well as prescribing the obligation of the Fund to regularly submit a half-yearly and financial report on its work to the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
The Law Amending the Law on Republic Administration - under urgent procedure, among other things, extends the competence of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management to the area of industrial wood processing and the production of final wood products, for which, according to the current Law, the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship is responsible.
The Law on Metrology in the Republic of Srpska was also adopted, in the regular procedure.
The National Assembly, on the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, elected the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Alen Šeranić, as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, from among the Bosniak people, and the Minister of Justice, Miloš Bukejlović, as the Vice-President of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, from among the Croat people. People's deputies accepted the Government's proposal that item 29 of the agenda - Election and appointments be considered under order number 17.
The National Assembly also adopted the Decision on the acceptance of indebtedness of the Republic of Srpska to the European Investment Bank for the "Medical Complex Banja Luka" Project (FIN° 91.071).
