President Stevandic talked with Consul Kilic about economic cooperation and mutual development projects

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr Nenad Stevandic, received today in an inaugural visit Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Banja Luka, Oguz Kilic.

The President of the National Assembly informed the consul general about the process of financing the authority in the Republic of Srpska and stressed that one of the priorities is the implementation of the election results on all authority levels in BiH.

President Stevandic expressed satisfaction with the Republic of Turkey’s respect for the Constitutional status and the rights of the people and the entities and hopes for increased economic cooperation and activities on developing projects, especially in the Republic of Srpska, using the good experience of cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and Turkey.    

Both interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the previous cooperation of the two countries and highlighted that aside from the economy there is a lot of space for cooperation in other fields, like education, health care, and tourism.
