Stevandic: OHR is implementing administrative terror in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Commenting on the decision of the court in Sarajevo in the trial of the President of the Republic of Srpska, Dr Nenad Stevandic, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, stated that Bosniak politicians, in agreement with part of the American administration, decided to provoke incidents in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"There is no greater incident than the trial of the president under a law passed by some administrator, who was not elected to the UN Security Council and who has no right to pass laws. He even wrote that it was not a law, but his decision, and that anyone who did not respect it would end up in prison and lose the right to run for political office," said Stevandic.
He added that it was clear that the Bosniak political factor could not have made this decision alone, but, as he claims, he would bear the consequences.
“The fact is that all the bills will go to them, so they will have to ask themselves who brought them into this unforeseen situation. We know very well that people in the Federation are not ready for conflicts, and that the Republic of Srpska has never called for conflicts,” Stevandic emphasized.
He emphasized that justice will be achieved through decisions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, as well as through international arbitration.
“It is pointless to initiate any proceedings within Bosnia and Herzegovina, because the administrative terror of the OHR reigns there, which is not based on the will of the people and parliament, but on the will of one man who is an impostor and whom no one has formally appointed,” added Stevandic.
He concluded that the Republic of Srpska would not tolerate any form of violence.
"The response to violence cannot be bowing our heads, but a clear message that we do not tolerate violence and that our decisions will prevent legal violence, but also any other violence against the Republic of Srpska and the Serbian people," said Stevandic.
