The Work Program of the National Assembly in 2019 was adopted

MPs adopted the Decision on the Work Program of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska for 2019 with the amendments of the deputies' clubs in the continuation of the Third Regular Session of the National Assembly.

The Program of work of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska in 2019 envisages the adoption of a total of 92 legislative and 53 thematic units.
The Law on Amendments to the Law on Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration and the Law on Amendments to the Law on High Education were adopted; both by urgent procedure.

The National Assembly adopted the Law on the City of Gradiška and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of the Republic of Srpska.

The deputies adopted the Draft Law on Liquidation proceedings and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government. The Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Profit Tax, the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Insurance Companies, the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Payment Transactions, which are submitted for a 30-day expert discussion, were also adopted.

The Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Fiscal cash registers has been adopted, which is sent to a public discussion for a period of 30 days.

Members of the Parliament received the Special Report of the Ombudsman Institution for Bosnia and Herzegovina on the state of migration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Information on the obligations for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska from the process of joining the European Union with an overview of the measures and activities implemented in 2018 and the results achieved in the approximation of the regulations of the Republic of Srpska with the regulations of the European Union were adopted.
