The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Nedeljko Cubrilovic said on the occasion of commemorating August 4, the Day of Remembrance of all victims and exiled Serbs in the military operation “Storm”, that the Republic of Srpska had been ethnically cleansed from 250.000 Serbs, which have not succeeded ustashas in NDH.

“This ethnically cleansing of Serbs from Croatia is the biggest crime committed in the past war on the territory of ex-Yugoslavia. It is sad that more than two decades Croatia has not condemned this crime, has not punished the responsible for the killing of Serbian civilians and imprisoned soldiers, and firing and destructing of Serian property”, said President Cubrilovic and added that there would be no reconciliation on this territory without honestly regretting and admitting the crimes committed on behalf of the people or the country.

“It is sad that the modern, European Croatia, the day it exiled hundreds of people celebrates as the day of the victory”, added Cubrilovic.
