Joint Commission of the National Assembly and the Council of Peoples: No agreement on the Day of the Republic of Srpska

Joint Commission of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska and Council of Peoples for the harmonization of laws, regulations and acts has not agreed on the harmonization of the Law on the Day of the Republic of Srpska and the Decision of the National Assembly regarding the Day of the Republic, No. 02 / 1-021-1240 / 16 of October 25^th, 2016.
This question will also be considered in front of the Constitutional Court, namely The Council for protection of Vital Interests which decides about acceptability and meritum.
