Notification for media accreditation in 2017

Accreditation for 2016 will be valid until  February 1 2017.
The request for the issuance of annual accreditation can be downloaded from the website of the National Assembly, and completed forms should be sent to the address info@narodnaskupstinars.net

The media have been delivered and articles of the Rules on public work of the National Assembly which stipulates the obligation and manner of accreditation.
 

Section 15.

(1) Representatives of the media following the parliamentary sessions and other parliamentary activities with a previously issued yearly / daily accreditation.
(2) Representatives of the media may decide to follow the work of the Assembly annually or periodically, and for that purpose may contact the Public Relations Department in order to get annual or daily accreditation.
 
Article 16.
(1) Public Relations Department at the beginning of each year, informes the editorial offices of local media on procedure for annual accreditation applicable from  February 1 of the current to February 1 next year.
(2) All requests for accreditation are submitted to the Public Relations Department.
(3) Each media house can apply for the persons for the purposes of its report to the Assembly for the period referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article.
(4) The application for the monitoring the work ot the assembly can be issued as daily accreditation.
(5) The application for accreditation shall specify: the name of the media (the media), the name and surname of journalists, cameramen, technicians, photographers, number and place of issuance of identity cards and mobile phone number.
(6) Based on the submitted request is issued to the press accreditation of journalists name, name and the indication "journalist".
(7) In the same way from the preceding paragraph the accreditation for cameramen, photographers and technical persons and other electronic media shall be issued.
(8) Foreign journalists can get the accreditation issued by the Public Relations Department after obtaining the opinion of the Secretary General of the Assembly.
(9) The journalists, photographers, cameramen and technical staff who are not registered in this way may, upon written notice by their employers receive a daily accreditation.
(10) Freelance journalists may also apply to the Public Relations Department for accreditation.
 
Art. 17
(1) Accredited journalists receive proper identification card "PRESS" by the security staff of the Parliament.
(2) Journalists are obliged to stay in the building during the Assembly bear identification cards on a visible place.
(3) Upon the basis for the use of accreditation, the user is required to return the accreditation to the Public Relations Department.
(4) Loss of identification card must be  reported to security staff.
 
Art. 18
(1) The reporter, photographer, cameraman or a technical person who changes his or editorial work ceases, shall restore accreditation card to the Public Relations Department
(2) The office shall notify the Public Relations Department in case of any change of the status of journalists in their redaction.
