President Stevandić met with the Mufti of Banja Luka Ismail-ef. Smajlović

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr Nenad Stevandić, visited today the Mufti of Banja Luka Ismail ef. Smajlović as a response to his courtesy invitation.

The meeting was about the improvement of the cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska and the Mufti of Banja Luka.

President Stevandić congratulated Ismail-ef. Smajlović on his appointment to the position of Mufti of Banja Luka and wished him a welcome to Banja Luka and successful work. He emphasized the importance of cooperation and dialogue between institutions as the foundation of joint social action. On that occasion, President Stevandić sent sincere congratulations before the upcoming Ramadan holidays.

President Stevandić highlighted that the priorities of the institutions of the Republic of Srpska are maintaining peace, coexistence, mutual respect, and appreciation, no matter of political circumstances and changes. He added that the Republic of Srpska as a democratic and free society guarantees freedom and respect for all freedoms.

Ismail ef Samjlović thanked on the visit with polite wishes for a productive partnership in the future.
