President Stevandić at a solemn reception commemorating the Day of the promulgation of the first Constitution of the Republic of Srpska

The 32^nd anniversary of the proclamation of the first Constitution of the Republic of Srpska has been celebrated in Vienna, in the presence of many guests. Besides Malden Filipović, the Chief of the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Vienna, Minister Djordje Miličević from the Government of Serbia, the Ambassador of BiH, Serbia, and other countries, the Russian consul, the reception was attended by many representatives of the public and political life of Vienna and Austria, MPs, managers, and counselors and representatives of the Serbian community in this country. The solemn speech and sermon were held by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr Nenad Stevandić.
