Christmas greeting from the President of the National Assembly: May the great holiday bring joy to all Orthodox believers

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Nenad Stevandić, congratulated the most joyous holiday - the birth of Jesus Christ - Christmas to His Holiness the Archbishop of Peć, the Metropolitan of Belgrade-Karlovci and Serbian Patriarch, Mr. Porfirije, the metropolitans, bishops, clergy, monks, and the entire Serbian Orthodox people, as well as to all other Orthodox believers who celebrate according to the Julian calendar.

 On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska and on his own behalf, he sent heartfelt congratulations with the wish that they welcome and spend this holiday season in family happiness, peace, and good health.

"Christmas is a holiday of peace and love, which establishes us in the timeless and permanent values ​​of peace, harmony, togetherness, respect, and philanthropy. Christmas reminds us to strengthen our Orthodox faith and work together to create a better life. May this great holiday bring joy to all Orthodox believers, in the faith that Jesus Christ will bless our people and our church, I greet everyone with a greeting of joy and peace: PEACE OF GOD, CHRIST IS BORN!
