The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Dr Nenad Stevandic congratulated journalists, associations of journalists, and employees of the media in the Republic of Srpska on May the 3rd- the International Day of Media Freedom.
"All journalists, whether it is print or electronic media, today more than ever have a difficult and responsible job, to convey the objective truth and essence to the public in an endless amount of information. I would like to congratulate everyone on this day, hoping that they will remain committed to the truth and professionalism.
"Professional media are one of the pillars of modern society and it is necessary to make it possible through institutional action to provide them with better working conditions," states President Stevandic’s congratulatory message.
