Bosniak and Croat members of the Presidency, Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić, act unconstitutionally and cannot deal with the issue of property, because it is not their competence. There is no provision in the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina that refers to property, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr Nenad Stevandić, said today at a press conference.

He pointed out that neither the OHR, the embassies, nor the BiH Presidency can deal with that issue.

"The Presidency can create a budget, but it cannot create laws." Bećirović and Komšić reached for issues that are not within their jurisdiction," said Stevandić and added that the issue of property for the Republic Srpska is over.

He emphasized that the question of foreign judges in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the OHR must be resolved.

He pointed out that the Parliament of Srpska is ready to confirm all the rights of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the right to self-determination.

"The Assembly will survive as the highest legislative body." We will act firmly and responsibly in the protection of Srpska and in accordance with international conventions. We will not allow any oppression of Srpska and Serbs," said Stevandić.

He said that education in the Republic of Srpska will remain under its jurisdiction, despite the recent decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, which annuls and challenges numerous provisions of the Law on Quality Assurance in Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska, which relates to quality assessment and recognition of diplomas, including the Accreditation Agency higher education institutions of Srpska abroad and international organizations.

Referring to the adoption of the Rulebook of the Administrative Commission of the National Assembly on the use of funds for representation, which for the first time limited funds for those purposes every month, Stevandić stated that the current leadership of the National Assembly spent the least in the history of the republican parliament.
