The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Nenad Stevandic, attended a memorial service at the Church of Saint Sava in Belgrade for those who perished in the Novi Sad tragedy exactly one year ago, when 16 people died in the collapse of a canopy, and one person was seriously injured.
The Serbian state leadership, led by President Aleksandar Vucic, was present at the church, and the memorial service, which is held on The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, for all deceased Christians, was conducted by Serbian Patriarch Porfirije.
It is a Day of Mourning today, in the Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Serbia.
