    Working Body of the Solidarity Fund

    Working body of the National Assembly of The Republic of Srpska that supervises the collection and distribution of funds from the Solidarity Fund for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, conditions, and injuries of children abroad

    The work of the Working Body is determined by the Law on the Solidarity Fund for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, conditions, and injuries of children abroad ("Official Gazette of The Republic of Srpska", 100/17 and 103/17):

     

    Supervision over the collection and distribution of funds from the Solidarity Fund is performed by the working body of the National Assembly of The Republic of Srpska, chaired by a deputy from the largest opposition party, elected in accordance with the act regulating the work of the National Assembly of The Republic of Srpska.

    The members of the working body also include two representatives of the Main Service for Auditing the Public Sector of The Republic of Srpska.
