The Public Relations Section performs activities related to:

• informing the public about the activities of the President of the National Assembly, the National Assembly, parliamentary committees, and working bodies;

• preparing press releases on the activities of the National Assembly, the President of the Assembly, committees, and working bodies, delivering them to the media, and posting them on the National Assembly's website;

• receiving media inquiries with questions regarding the work and activities of the National Assembly, the President of the National Assembly, parliamentary committees, and working bodies;

• monitoring media reporting on the National Assembly, preparing press clippings of media reports for the needs of the Office of the President of the National Assembly and the Office of the Secretary General;

• preparing and editing the National Assembly's periodic Informative Bulletin;

• accrediting journalists to follow the work of the National Assembly.
