21st Regular Session has been finished
National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska has enacted today, during the second sitting of the 21st Regular Session, seven draft laws, one information, one decision, and the Annual Report on Ombudsmen for children for the year 2021.
The following Draft Laws have been enacted: Proposal of the Law amending the Law on preschool education, Bill amending the Law on out-of-court proceedings, Bill amending the Law on the securities market, Bill amending the Law on road transport of the Republic of Srpska, Bill amending the Law on investment funds, Bill amending the Law on companies, Bill amending the Law on apiculture.
National Assembly has adopted the Information on obligations which for Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska result from the process of accession to the European Union considering the measures and activities realized in the year 2021 and the Decision on accepting the loan of the Republic of Srpska -World Bank for renewal and development due to the Project on modernization of water and sanitary services (93020-BA).
National Assembly has confirmed the mandate to MP Sladjana Nikolic(SDS), after the mandate of Ivanka Markovic has been finished, accepting her resignation on March 14th.
National Assembly has dismissed, at personal request, the Ombudsmen for children, Natalija Trivic, and, the member of the Commission for applying, Marina Kremenovic.
The Parliament adopted The Decission on appointing judges of the BiH Constitutional Court who are being appointed by the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska.
