The Chairman of the Committee on Economy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska MilanTrninic talked today in Banja Luka with the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Srpska Pero Coric on intensifying the cooperation and continued exchange of information and opinion between the members of the Committee and the representatives of the Chamber with the aim of increasing the legal framework for economic development and stimulation of the entrepreneurship in the Republic of Srpska.

At the meeting in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Srpska , it was highlighted that the cooperation between the highest legislative body of the Republic of Srpska and the Chamber has been of great importance during the creation of proper legislative solutions, with the aim of creating a more favorable business surrounding, support to the entrepreneurs, strengthening of the concurrence, introduction of new technologies and the overall increase of economic activities in the Republic of Srpska.     

At the meeting, the President of the Committee on the Economy, Milan Trninić, presented the competencies of this parliamentary body, pointing out that the common goal is to create modern legislation to strengthen the economy of the Republic of Srpska.

The President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, Pero Ćorić, emphasized that the professional services of the Chamber regularly monitors and analyses basic macroeconomic indicators and the overall socio-economic situation in the Republic of Srpska, the region, the European Union and the world, and that the professional publication "Information on economic trends in the Republic of Srpska" is going to be regularly delivered to the members of the Committee on the Economy.

"Information on economic trends provides an overview of the basic macroeconomic indicators of our economy, such as gross social product, industrial production, employment, unemployment, consumer prices, foreign trade, and public revenues." These data and indicators can be extremely useful in the work of deputies. We are convinced in the continuation of successful cooperation", said Ćorić.
