President Stevandić received in an initial visit the Ambassador of Greece to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Ioanna Efthymiadou

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Dr Nenad Stevandić, received today in Banja Luka in an initial visit the Ambassador of Greece to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Ioanna Efthymiadou. The interlocutors exchanged opinions about the actual political situation in BiH.

The president expressed gratitude for the humanitarian and economic aid from Greece during the nineties. They also talked about the development of bilateral and economic relations between the Republic of Srpska and Greece.

President Stevandić said that the Republic of Srpska extremely valuates the support from Greece in the process of meeting the conditions for opening accession negotiations with the European Union.

President informed the Ambassador on the actual political situation, relations between peoples and entities, and the behavior of some international politicians in BiH.

During the meeting, the importance of continued stability was highlighted for the Republic of Srpska and BiH, as well as for the region.
