Public Call to approve accreditations for attendance at the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska sessions and parliamentary committees in 2024 has been announced

Pursuant to Article 23, paragraph 1, point 14 and 118, paragraph 1 and 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska", No. 66/20) the Public Call to approve accreditations for attendance at the sessions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska and committees’ sessions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska in 2024 is published.

Attendance requests for sessions of the National Assembly can be submitted by the associations from the Republic of Srpska which have the status of associations of public interest, which gained the status following the Law on Associations and Foundations of the Republic of Srpska (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska”, No. 52/01 and 42/05) and the Decision on gaining the status of associations of public interest (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska”, No. 100/06, 117/10, 7/16 and 43/21).

Accreditations requests for attending the sessions of the committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska can be submitted by non-governmental organizations, foundations, syndicates, and other citizen associations (hereinafter: associations ), registered following the Law on Associations and Foundations of the Republic of Srpska ( “Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska”, No. 52/01 and 42/05).

The list of Assembly committees can be seen on the website of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska  www.narodnaskupstinars.net.

On the website of the National Assembly, you can download a form for non-governmental organizations, foundations, syndicates, and other citizens' associations for the granting of accreditation, with which it is necessary to attach an extract from the register or a certified copy of the decision on entry into the register (if associations are applying for the first time or changes in the mentioned acts).

Untimely and incomplete requests will not be considered.

By approving attendance at sessions of the National Assembly or committee sessions, the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska does not assume any financial obligation towards the associations to which it will approve accreditation.
